Living Rooms

When starting a Living Room remodel, the Dana King approach is to consider both how the room is used and what the needs are in the space. Living rooms can be a place of relaxation and comfort; where families and friends visit, where holidays are celebrated, and where you plop down at the end of a long day to watch your favorite show. We design living rooms that look beyond soft furnishings and discover what can bring charm and character: fireplaces, wall treatments, curated artwork, multiple sources of ambient light, and more.

At Dana King Design-Build Remodeling we get curious and ask questions to find what kind of technology can be integrated to make life easier. Maybe that means hidden speakers, dimmable lighting, automated solutions for controlling window treatments, or all the above! We bring out trusted trade partners together to give you solutions that are adaptable as new technology emerges. So, what sets Dana King apart from the rest for your Living Room Remodel?

• Seamless construction and interior design, from concept development to final touches with interior styling
• One point of accountability, while bringing together numerous trades all aligned with the same goals of improving comfort and style
• Expertise in best remodeling practices (and national certifications) with thoughtful solutions and redesigns of dated features like fireplaces

• The same designer overseeing the entire project, so you get a design-centric living room
